Imagine it as a digital clubhouse with all the features of social media and YouTube, but in an immersive, 3D environment. You can chat with friends, meet fellow fans, enjoy content tailored to your interests, play games, and join communities - all with your cool avatar.

What can you do in a Community House in FAV?

Outside each Community House, you'll see distinctive street signs, so you can easily spot them. Step inside, and you’ll discover a welcoming public lobby where everyone hangs out - visitors and community members alike. 

You can look around, watch videos, and catch up on the latest news. It’s the perfect place to meet like-minded individuals, as you can go up to people, say hello and have conversations. 

If you’d like to get more involved in this community, head up to the members-only area on the upper floor. This exclusive space offers a VIP experience, reserved for Community House members. To access this area, simply grab a membership card.

Even if you’re not ready to commit right away, you’re welcome to return any time to get more of this experience.

Build your own Community House in FAV

If you’re passionate about a football-related topic and want to build a community around it, setting up a Community House in Football at AlphaVerse is an excellent solution. 

As a Community House owner, you have the freedom to pick any topic - whether it’s training academies, charity, equipment, sponsors, special events, or anything else that comes to mind. 

Depending on the theme of your community, you can pick the perfect location for your Community House, either on FAV Island or within a specific Club’s  Fanzone. Choosing the right spot allows you to be where your potential members hang out in FAV and attract more visitors.

Community House owners can decorate the interior as they wish and promote their content. With screens and billboards available, you can display images and stream videos from YouTube or Twitch. Just remember, keep it friendly!

As a Community House owner, you also have the opportunity to organize events, host parties and launch projects.

Incentives for Community House Owners

The ground floor public lobby is free for anyone to visit, while the upper-floor members-only area requires a membership card for access. This VIP space allows you to create experiences and display content exclusively for your Community House members.

Membership cards come in different types: silver (monthly subscription), gold (annual subscription) and platinum (lifetime membership).

Another membership category is the Elite Member. These are owners of an apartment expansion that lets them create an access point from their apartment and this way contribute to the development of the Community House.

Community House owners have the flexibility to set the price of their membership cards. They collect 80% of the membership fee, while the remaining 20% is allocated to the development of FAV.
